UAE's Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority and SDSN Association sign MoU

On October 23, TReNDS (on behalf of the SDSN Association) and the UAE’s Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority (FCSA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to facilitate future collaboration. The signing occurred at the Madinat Jumeirah during the UN World Data Forum 2018.

From capacity building to pilot initiatives, this MoU and its resulting activities will strengthen cooperation between the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), specifically encouraging engagement with SDSN’s data program, TReNDS. TReNDS and FCSA are eager to join efforts and mutually support the provision of better quality data to monitor sustainable development.
